  4. Magic Pond Yoga school in Yeouido is owned by a Dutch giy. His course is in english and he teaches bilingual. Website is also bilingual: http://www.magicpond.co.kr phone: 010-3689-1799. He’s been teaching in korea since 15 years and expats love especially his teacher training which is 2 to 3 times cheaper than elsewhere and contents are really very intriguing.

  6. awesome! I didn’t realize there were so many options in English! I’ve shied away from taking a class before because of language barrier. I didn’t feel like making the trek to Itaewon for yoga. This is great to know!

  7. Finding the right teacher means finding a teacher that has a foundation in the Yamas and Niyamas. My husband suffered from depression and I so encouraged him to do as much yoga as he needed to help him through a very difficult time.
