With the Halla Mountain acting as the backdrop to this temple, Yakchunsa Temple boasts the architectural style of the early Joseon Dynasty. Measuring at a height of 30m and a total area of 3,305 meters squared, the temple is one of the largest temples in the East.

Since ancient times, the springwater of Yakchunsa have the quenched thirst and cured illnesses, making it a treasured object to the locals.

The temple offers three different kinds of Temple Stay programs – a 2-day 1-night program, a 1-day program which both focuses on following a schedule and structure while in the Korean temple, or a relaxation program in which participants can experience the everyday life in Yakchunsa at east.
