Itaewon’s premier fitness center features not just regular exercise programs, but also self-defense classes. At Body & Seoul, one can register for a variety of self-defense programs including Muay Thai kickboxing, MMA, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you have kids, enroll them in the Junior Warriors Program, which focuses on self-discipline, fitness, and self-confidence.

Unlike most fitness centers in Seoul, Body & Seoul’s classes are all taught in English! However, Korean translators are available for non-English speakers. Instead of a fixed monthly fee, customers pay according to how often they wish to show up to class. Bear in mind that private lessons and personal training fees may vary
