Bootcamp
BootCamp™ is a very unique program only offered by Sentinel in South Korea. BootCampers go through mainly bodyweight resistance and some equipment-based training in a high-intensity group setting for a full body workout. BootCamp uses a combination of basic movements like squats and push-ups, and more technical movements, like kettlebell swings, dumbbell push presses and rowing, to provide ingenious workout methods.
CrossFit
CrossFit is an extremely effective and efficient way to get into top body shape. The CrossFit workouts at Sentinel are constantly varied, utilizing a wide range of functional movements. Some examples include push ups, pull ups, deadlifts, squats, gymnastics, kettlebell swings, running, rowing and Olympic weightlifting. We execute this at a high intensity, in a close-knit group setting.
