Club Soap Seoul Itaewon: A Unique Vibe in Yongsan-gu

Soap Seoul is a different kind of club in the heart of Itaewon. They opened in 2017 and haven’t looked back, garnering a reputation among audiences for their dedication not only to musical variety, but attention sound quality. Discriminating club goers likely already know about their VOID speakers (the gold standard in international clubs), which makes the music a whole-body experience. At a maximum capacity of 400 people, it’s one of the bigger clubs you’ll find in Itaewon. It’s also considered one of the cleanest clubs in town, and true to their name, they actually sell little bars of soap right at the bar. Soap Seoul attracts musical acts from all around the world, having landed notable international names such as: Dimitri from Paris, Claptone, Lido, Malaa, Tokimonsta, Masego. The folks at Soap also have support from local heavyweights such as Jay park, Crush, Sik-k, OffonOff. The throw regular release parties and often have random unexpected appearances. Expect happy vibes all night.   Come early as the lines can get long.

Itaewon Station (line 6): It’s out exit 3 (do a 180 out the exit), take a left and then another left. It’s on a small side street just up the hill.

Open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights 10:00 pm to 5:00 am.
