Operated by Alabama native Linus Kim, this Itaewon-based joint serves the finest Southern-style barbecue in Korea. Try the brisket sandwich, which comes with a side of skinny fries and coleslaw. The meat is juicy but very tender and almost falls off the bone.
Expect to spend at least 30,000 KRW for a two-person meal. The restaurant includes a bar and outdoor seating area. In a nod to their Alabama roots, you’ll hear classic rock music playing on the speakers. Also, the staff at Linus’ are all fluent English speakers.
