Two of the restaurants at the Belle-Essesence Seoul Hotel, the Japanese restaurant ‘Irodori’ and the steakhouse ‘Manhattan Grill’, are running a special promotion to help restore your tired body during the hot and humid Summer season.
Located on the ground floor, the steakhouse Manhattan Grill’s head chef is serving four different styles of succulent Australian lamb using his own special recipes. Starting at KRW61,000 you can choose from grilled lamb chop, roasted lamb loin with black garlic mousse and onion pie, herb crusted rack of lamb with a cashew nut cream or lamb shank braised for 24 hours with black truffle and saffron risotto.
Whilst on the 3rd floor, the head chef at the Irodori proudly offers two eel dishes to help boost your stamina. The river eel course includes an avocado salad, seasonal sashimi, grilled river eel, eel sushi and cucumber roll and cold soba noodles with tomato.
The croaker course includes a tomato salad, seasonal sashimi, grilled river eel and a croaker hot pot. Both these dishes are topped off with a cool green tea ice cream. At a reasonable price, guests can also enjoy the A La Carte menu which features a croaker hot pot, cold soba noodles with sesame seed paste and cold soba noodles with tomato.
You can avail of either of these delicious eel dishes from KRW97,000 and the A La Carte menu from KRW20,000.
